Our CNC machining capability enables us to complete complex fabricated assemblies in-house.

We have vertical milling capabilities to complete subsequent operations for fabricated parts -- drilling, tapping holes, beveling, relieving pockets, flow drilling, etc.   

Our Haas VF-6SS CNC vertical milling machine has a 64 x 32 x 30 work envelope, 15k RPM spindle and is equipped with tool and part probing.   The machine software is fully-optioned and 5-axis capable with a HRT310 trunnion.

We have a mill-turn machine to produce components from bar stock that are used in assemblies -- pins, spacers, brackets, cams, special nuts, etc.

Our Haas  DS-30Y dual-spindle CNC Y-Axis mill-turn lathe has a 13.75" x 32.5" work envelope. The machine is equipped with live tooling and a bar feeder.   This is a highly versatile machine capable of both turning and 4-axis milling operations. 

We use our router primarily to process plastic sheets into mats and panels.  We can also machine rubber sheet to precise thickness. 

Our Anderson 3-axis gantry router has a 60" x 120" vacuum bed, 10-HP high-speed spindle, tool changer and is powered by Fanuc controls.    

Our machining capabilities enables us to quickly make cost-effective tooling, fixtures and simple automation.    However, toolmaking and general machining are not our primary business.
