Our CNC machining capabilities enable us to complete complex fabricated assemblies in-house.
We have vertical milling capabilities -- drilling, tapping holes, beveling, creating bearing bores, flow drilling, etc.
We have a mill-turn machine to produce turned and milled components from bar stock that are used in assemblies -- pins, spacers, brackets, cams, special nuts, etc.
Our machining services include general machining for components, repair parts as well as adding precision features to fabricated parts.
Our Haas VF-6SS CNC vertical milling machine has a 64 in. × 32 in. × 30 in. work envelope. 15,000 RPM spindle and is equipped with tool and part probing. The machine software is fully-optioned and 5-axis-capable with a HRT310 trunnion.
Our Haas DS-30Y dual-spindle CNC Y-axis mill-turn lathe has a 13.75 in x 32.5 in work envelope. The machine is equipped with live tooling and a bar feeder. This is a highly versatile machine capable of both turning and 4-axis milling operations.

- There is no need to worry about formalities – we are patient and we know how to work from hand drawings, sketches and broken parts that need to be replaced!
- Small quantities are not a problem -- many customers need only one part.
