Laser-Guided Accuracy & Safety
The system includes a Lazer Safe gaging system that enables the operator to achieve very precise part location necessary for delicate bends. The system uses optical imaging together with knowledge of the tool and part geometries to ensure operator safety.
Fast, Classic Brake Performance
We have several mechanical brakes that utilize traditional tooling, simple CNC back gages and light curtains for operator protection. These old but well-maintained machines are less precise but much faster, especially when used with specialized tooling that makes multiple bends at once.
How Do You Get Your Part Formed?

- If you have questions or a new to this, please CALL US!
- We work with most 2-D and 3-D CAD formats.
- If you do not have a CAD file, we will create the file as a courtesy for simple parts.
- There is no need to worry about formalities – we are patient and we know how to work from hand drawings and sketches!
How Long
Does It Take?
Simple parts are processed quickly, usually within three business days. We have a wide selection of tooling and the bending software makes it feasible to produce single-part quantities when necessary.
We will quote a lead time for large quantities, complex parts requiring specialized tooling or development of unconventional bending practices.
